One of Rubix’s (the Company’s) core values is to uphold responsible and fair business practices. It is committed to promoting and maintaining the highest level of ethical standards in relation to all its business activities. Its reputation for maintaining lawful business practices is of paramount importance and this policy is designed to preserve these values.

The purpose of this policy is to protect the interests of Rubix Consulting. In the regular course of business opportunities may arise whereby agents and employees of the Rubix Consulting have the opportunity to advance their personal interests with or against the interests of Rubix Consulting.

Rubix Consulting takes its responsibilities with regard to the management of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) very seriously. The organisation is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses the personal data of its workforce, clients and delegates and to meeting its data protection obligations.

This policy identifies Rubix Consulting’s (The Company) obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The Company recognises the importance of environmental protection and is committed to operating its business responsibly and in accordance with all legal requirements relating to construction services for all Clients.

Rubix consulting recognises that we live in a society where discrimination still operates to the disadvantage of many groups in society. We believe that all individuals should have equal rights to recognition of their human dignity in addition to equal opportunities to be educated, to work, receive services and to participate in society.

This policy identifies Rubix Consulting’s (The Company) obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The Company endeavours to fulfil all requirements of the current health and safety legislation to maintain a safe working environment for employers and employees alike. Therefore, we assess any risks and/or hazards involved in all our works thoroughly and to a high standard.

This policy comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement which is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Rubix consulting is committed to conducting business ethically and completely supports the aims of the Act and associated standards such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

As one of the UK’s expert construction consultancies, specialising in the niche sector of Temporary Works, we provide temporary works design solutions for all aspects of the works that enable the construction of, provide protection and/or support to or allow access to, the permanent works. These include structures that may or may not remain following completion of the permanent works project.

Rubix Consulting encourages a free and open culture in dealings between its managers, employees and all people with whom it engages in business and legal relations. In particular, we recognise that effective and honest communication is essential if concerns about breaches or failures are to be effectively dealt with.
